HAMDAN1. Scope and principles
This policy explains how Hamdan LLC processes personal data when people visit xamdan.ru or contact the company using the published communication channels. The operator processes only data necessary for stated purposes and does not combine databases created for incompatible purposes.
Processing is performed in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” and other applicable Russian legislation.
2. Data and data subjects
The website may process the following information:
- technical data: IP address, browser and device information, date and time of request, requested page, referrer and technical error information;
- data voluntarily provided in an email or telephone call: name, contact details, company and the content of the request.
The operator does not intentionally collect special categories of personal data or biometric personal data through this website.
3. Purposes and legal grounds
- maintaining site availability, preventing abuse and investigating technical incidents;
- responding to requests, preparing business communications and establishing contact at the visitor’s initiative;
- fulfilling obligations imposed on the operator by Russian law.
The legal grounds are the data subject’s consent expressed through their voluntary actions, processing required to respond to a request or conclude and perform an agreement at the subject’s initiative, and duties established by law.
4. Processing, retention and protection
The operator may collect, record, organise, store, update, retrieve, use, block, delete and destroy data by automated and non-automated means. Technical server logs are retained for no longer than 14 days unless a longer period is required to investigate a security incident or comply with law. Messages are retained only for the period required to resolve the request and meet applicable legal retention duties.
The operator applies access restriction, HTTPS encryption, software updates, event logging, backups and other necessary organisational and technical safeguards. Personal data of Russian citizens collected through the website is recorded and stored using infrastructure located in the Russian Federation.
5. Cookies and third-party services
The website does not use advertising or analytics cookies and does not embed third-party advertising or social-network trackers. A local browser setting is used only to remember that the technical-data notice has been dismissed. Following an external link, including VK, takes the visitor to an independent service governed by that service’s own documents.
6. Disclosure and cross-border transfer
Data may be provided only to persons maintaining the operator’s infrastructure under confidentiality and data-processing obligations, or to public authorities when required by law. The website does not perform cross-border transfers of personal data.
7. Rights and requests
A data subject may request information about processing, correction, blocking or deletion of data, withdraw consent, and appeal the operator’s actions to Roskomnadzor or a court. Send a signed request to the operator’s postal address or to Info@xamdan.ru. The request should identify the applicant and describe their relationship with the operator so the request can be verified and processed.

The operator may update this policy when processing practices or legal requirements change. The current version is always available on this page.
